"I've been using my NuWave Oven for eight months now. It definitely cooks great, whether frozen food or fresh.
What I really like is that the spatter cannot carbonize and be bake on, as neither the oven or It's racks allow it.
After you cook a full size chicken you can just rinse and simply wipe out with some paper towels. No need for any scrubbing.
All parts are dish-washer safe (except for the oven's cooking head) and that's how I take care it for sanitation purposes.
Finally I've discovered a cooking device that does not require any scrubbing - I can simply put the pan, racks & all plastic parts in my dishwasher.

"The Nuwave is my second convection system oven, The first one I had lasted about 8 years,
But was very difficult to clean since it had a pretty heavy large glass-made bowl that couldn't fit in our dishwasher nor sink.
When I had finally decide to replace it with Nuwave Oven, after watching the commercial so many times.
My NuwaveOven arrived just the day before Thanksgiving, so I had purchased an 11-pound turkey,
as my first test for the Nuwave. It came out just perfect - very juicy, crispy skin and a tender meat.
without any messy gas oven that needs to be cleaned, and without any oven heat in the kitchen, I did not even had to baste the turkey.

I had tried chicken thighs, that came out so well and juicy, in a way that I just couldn't believe it.
Everything I have put into the Nu-wave has simply turned out perfect, so I couldn't be any happier. cleaning it is a quick snap, as the bowl fits both to my dishwasher & sink , coming out sparkling clean. I'm using PAM on it's wire-rack, and it coming out clean in a few seconds.
